on the internet go to www.dsa.org.uk To book a Theory Test by post ask your Instructor for a form. The cost of the Theory Test is £30.00 You will receive the result within minutes of finishing the Test.
The Theory Test consists of a computer based, multiple choice test where you are required to answer correctly a minimum of
43 out of 50 questions and the time allowed is 40 minutes. Their is a facility to listen to the questions via headphones if you wish.
Also you must take a Hazard Awareness Test, this is a
series of video clips showing real life driving conditions in which you have
to spot hazards and potential hazards, and you are marked on your speed of reaction
and awareness.
You must pass both tests one after the other.
