TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
AS PART OF THE CODE OF PRACTICE FOR
APPROVED DRIVING INSTRUCTORS
Lessons are of one hour’s duration or multiples thereof, for currant prices please telephone.
Cancellation of a lessons:
If you need to cancel a lesson I require at least 48 hours notice or I may ask for half the lesson cost.
If I need to cancel a lesson I will endeavour to give at least 48 hour notice, (except in situations beyond my control, eg. mechanical brake down,
accident, weather conditions etc.)
The hour before and the hour of the Driving Test will be priced as a two-hour lesson.
I reserve the right to refuse the use of my vehicle for the Driving Test if, in my
judgement the standard of driving attained has not reached the standard required and therefor could endanger the Driver, the Examiner and other road users.
